Handling Tea to ensure
freshness and quality
The handling of tea is very much the same as handling your coffee. It must be kept dry and cool so that it does not deteriorate. Have you ever noticed a teabag left on your sink before use how it fades? Well it is not only the bag itself but also too the tea inside. The tea fades also which means the freshness would almost be the same as using a teabag 2 - 3 times before it is discarded. UGGHHH!
Fine tea is not usually found in a bag though. It is usually in leaf form which allows you to use an infusor (a sort of framed mesh bag if you like), the point being is that every time you steep your tea using leaf tea, your taste buds will be in for a treat. Flavor, WOW!
To ensure that this flavor will always be found in every cup of tea you make just follow common sense rules, Don't leave tea exposed to the open air for too long (just long enough to get a dose should be enough), Don't use tea leaf more than once, Don't use too much tea for any one cup too often.
Always enjoy your tea!
